    engine pull help

Trying to remove an engine from my 87 chassis. It is an auto. The Bently manual says nothing about revoming the tranny or disconecting the driveshaft. Right now I need to know the size of the oil cooler bolts because I can't get them out. My 22mm isn't big enough.
    Ideas.

You can count right? If 22 isn't big enough you try a 23 than 24....

I have a 90 325is that I just finished pulling and my oil cooler lines had a 27 mm nut on them. I seperated the manual tranny prior to pulling but installed it back with both together.

^ Considering the car is right above the engine with no subframe, I'd say yes he did.

                  Easiest way to do it.

Bought a pallet jack, a pallet, and an extra set of jack stands. Took me about half a day by myself. I am sure it could be done faster. But I took my time.
