Hey guys please help. I recently cracked my oil pan. I did my reading and research and after 6hrs (including driving to get parts and pull from donor car) I did a full clean of oilpan and new gasket. To get pan out I used the method of fly wheel cover removal, nuts removed, engine mounts loosened, then used ac bracket to lift engine to allow for the removal of oil pump(headers/exhaust didn't touch firewall). Remounted everything start car. Now is miss firing and has crappy acceleration. I mean bad like before my friends ka had no chance now a pinto could smoke me. Also have rough idle and before I adjusted the.....idk the name, think its the idle control, vehicle would stall out when at stop.

intake boot cracked *replaced*
Spark plug wires inspected.
Also went to get smogged cat needs to be replaced(pre oilpan replacement)
Checked for leaks non found
From headers to exhaust connections aren't tight like the heat shield around exhaust needs to be welded but that's it.
Have CEL have brake lining light, break light and washer fluid lights.
Do not have a coder and don't really have cash to spare its my
