Where is the throttle position sensor?

I am troubleshooting hight idle and "rev cycling" or whatever you call it when the weather gets cold.

The guy I bought the car from said he checked for leaks in the vacuum system, replaced the mass air flow unit and the idle control, but he did not yet replace the throttle position sensor.

Where is the throttle position sensor? is it in the pictures below?
