idle issues

My m20b25 has idle issues..itll rev from 5-800 rpm. Not all the time either. Ive replaced icv and checked for leaks but the nothing. Itll usually start up fine idles like hell once its running or vice versa. I just received my miller maf so thats why i haven't swapped out the old maf. Any other suggestions guys? Id really appreciate it.

Also...get a smoke test done to find every single vac leak and fix it.

Check, clean or replace- tps, icv, vacuum hoses, maf, valve adjustment, o2 sensor, coolant temp. sensor, intake leak,
