    Maintenance on the M20

I'm going to be doing some extensive maintenance when I get home in a couple weeks. I am the second owner of this car and even though the PO said he did extensive maintenance, there are some indications that this may not have been the case. I am ordering parts to replace and here is what I'm replacing:

    -radiator
    -all coolant hoses
    -M50 fuel injectors
    -coil
    -cap and rotor
    -ignition wires
    -AFM (refurbished)
    -coolant temp sensor
    -intake gaskets
    -intake boot
    -all vac/rubber lines
    -valve adjustment
    -timing belt, adjuster
    -water pump
    -t stat

    already replaced by me:
    -main relay
    -CPS
    -spark plugs
    -valve cover gasket

I was trying to find all the vac/rubber lines on realoem, but I could only find 1 other than the intake boot itself (ICV rubber hose.) Also, can I reuse the valve cover gasket? Anyone know of the part numbers to the other large ones, like off the throttle body?

Anything else while I'm in there?

Add the expansion tank & cap to your list along with a valve cover gasket and four of the rubber bungs. Since you will have the timing belt off, you might as well replace the cam seal & o-ring.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Does the expansion tank leak or cap leak?

Cam seal and o-ring will do!
