Part ID: Throttle Wire

I've looked over the diagrams at realoem and haven't found the parts I'm looking for: On my car the wire controlling the throttle is really sloppy and I want to replace some of the parts. However, I have no idea what these parts are called.

In the attached photo I've circled the general area I'm interested in: the rubber sleeve and the plastic fasteners for both ends. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

As I recall, those all come with a new throttle cable. I don't think they are available as separate parts.

Found it! But the rubber sleeve isn't part of it.

Update: A friend got me one from the Pick n' Pull. Problem solved.
