recent upgrades and idle issue

I recently installed one of Myster-e's performance heads along with a set of 19# injectors. It ran fine for a week or so, very smooth. However, now it wants to idle high arounk 2k. Sometimes it drops ever so slowly back down to 1k. It's not concistent and is extremely annoying. I disconected the plug on the AFM and it seemed to idle back down and act normal. Once I plugged it in and drove around a little, it continues to do that same thing. I recently cleaned the ICV as well, so a dirty ICV wouldn't be the issue. Any other ideas?

Well, guess I'll be doing a MAF conversion sooner than I thought.

Before you do anything else, have a smoke test run to see if there are intake leaks.

I plan on replacing the boot anyway, it is starting to crack a little.

Did you install new intake manifold gaskets and oil return tube o-rings during the head swap?
