    installed M50 injectors, now knocking?

just installed m50 injectors, then turned the car on and i experience what seems to sound like a rod knock? however, oil pressure is fine, and oil level is fine.

    just looking for other ideas

my motor alway had the usual m20 lifter tick, but not like this,

i havnt checked the valve and lifter clearance.

    video is on its way.

Did you unplug a spark plug wire on accident when I unplug one on my car it sounds like that?

So it's knocking/ticking fairly loudly, and you rev it up?

Forgetting that little lapse of judgement, the video you posted is all top end and you didn't take it down below to the oil pan, even when you suspect rod knock...

                    Lol.

Okay, You didn't get defensive. I approve.

Do you have any way of testing the fuel mixture?
                    What oil are you running?

Was there ANY kind of lower end knock before the injectors. For example, Mine knocks a little bit when below 300RPM. Most prevalent when turning the car off it will let out a couple from below.
Is it louder up top? Or if you bend down is the sound much clearer below?

Guaranteed it is something that fell down the injector hole, if you are lucky - are you missing any injector tips from the old injectors? Unlucky - an old bolt/nut/washer laying in wait...
