how to identify euro spec m20 piston?

as the title ask just seeing if there is a way to identify OEM Euro spec m20 pistons.

The seller is saying they are pistons from a Euro 323I 11/84.

What would you guys say a Euro piston rod set should be sold for or atleast a ball park price?

Really i was asking if they have any markings or anything that would set them apart or a way to measure them, I found a guy who claims to have 323i euro pistons & rods...these days anyone will say anything to sell something.
