    M40 to M20 splicing

Well one hot afternoon of trying to figure it out, SpiecherBimmer figured out that the plug from the M40 to M20 is a Scheiße load different by 4 pins. Does anyone have a splicing diagram for the 316i E30 M40B16 Car harness to go into the1987–1991 325i/is M20B25 engine harness?

Would be highly motivational for me to obtain this information.
P.S if you could draw out the schematics that would be a blessing.

    Respectfully

For all those people who find it more convenient to bother you with their question rather than to Google it for themselves.

i think i might just pull the whole fuse box and wiring instead of splice unless someone knows which wires i would connect the m40 fusebox to match my m20.

              thanks

Like I said, that would be infinitely harder...do some research, I'm sure it's on the web somewhere. You're basically going to be pulling the dashboard if you pull the fusebox.

30 seconds of me searching the interwebz and I found this. You fail as a car guy, you fair as a SrA, you fail at life, and now owe me another date.

between the two of those you should be able to figure it out Mr. Wireman. You had better be in Speicher within the next 20 mins with a burrito from the golf course.....
