88 e30 not running right.

My 88 e30 misfires until it warms up. It does have a check engine light, but the weird thing is sometimes it throws code 2 (MAF which is new) and then sometimes it throws the code 3 (Coolant Temp Sensor which is also new). So I'm stumped. It has brand new plugs, wires, coil, o2 sensor. My exhaust is 2 and half all the way back with a Flowmaster and no cat. Any ideas on what it could be? If you know, please help me out. Oh, and it gets terrible gas mileage. :/ thanks.

could be bad wiring attached to those sensors try jiggling the wires around to see if it has an affect the cts wire ive seen get messed up in the loom and cause issues
