    1988 e30 power malfunction

I have a 1988 325is, and i just replaced the starter and alternator. Fuse 10 makes the power windows and blower function go out. When fuse is taken out, the blower does not work, but the power windows do work. I just replaced the blower resistor and all the fuses. Now the blower will not work when the car is running, but will run when the car is cranking up? If anyone has as ever come across this problem, please help.

    Thank You

That sounds like a problem with the unloader switch in the starter solenoid (where the small third wire connects). Normally that lug on the solenoid goes to ground when the starter isn't engaged and goes to 12v when the starter is running. A test light or meter will tell if the unloader switch is working as it is supposed to.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Where is this unloader switch located? I checked the unloader relay, and found out that it was working properly?

The unloader switch is part of the starter solenoid.
