M20 Radiator Hose Size?

For our ChumpCar. Going to install large gauge and idiot light. What size is the hose? Want to use the radiator hose adapter for ease of install. Since we would potentially be forced into a paddock engine install I want it to be easily swapped from engine to engine.

I seem to remember them being 36 or 38mm.
