Removing bent valves

Let me start this as saying I have already replaced the head on my car, this head is on a bench in the garage and I'm just trying to save it/learn about this. I have removed the intake valves, but the exhaust are stuck/bent bad. Here's a pic as when I first removed it, since then I've pulled the intakes out, but could not get the exhausts out just with the compressor alone, any advice/tips, etc?

Your only real choice is to drive out the valves. Depending on the damage to the valves the guides may be or get damaged.
