eta motor running rough, but not rich

The motor has been running fine and started up no problem these last few months since I bought. I recently cleaned my ICV with some carb cleaner after it would not start b/c of the valve was sticking. After I did that, motor was running fine the last few days but now I have another problem. Everything starts up fine, it just runs rough but not rich with fuel.

Could the fuel pressure regulator be the cause? I ordered new Bosch spark plugs so I'll check tomorrow if the it may be the plugs are not sparking.

If the engine is rough when cold, start with:

    Valve adjustment
    Smoke test
Ignition wires, plugs, distributor cap, and rotor.

If rough when hot, add a new new O2 sensor to the above list.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Yup, some those I just a few weeks ago:

      - All new fuel, coolant, and air hoses.
      - Valve adjustment
      - New O2 sensor
      - New plugs
      - Ignition wires are old (I'll check these.)

I'll try the smoke test right now.

You think it might be the ECU or idle relay?

Yeah just confirmed, no vacuum leaks. Any suggestions?
