Where does this hose attach to?

Where does the #15 go? It's the one that attaches to the top outlet of the throttle body "cooling block" but I've had my engine out for so long, I can't remember for the life of me where it attaches to! I know the lower hose #14 attaches to to thermostat housing.

I believe it attaches to the end of the block... like by cylinder 6
