Where is the best place/brand to get for my 1989 325i. My idle & cold starts aren't the best so I'm gonna replace icv tps & vacuum lines...

Replacing those parts isn't the first thing I'd do. A smoke test and diagnostics of the fuel system make a lot more sense.

The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
