    Kinda looks like a stray washer from a sparkplug?

      If made of aluminum or copper it could be a crush washer like are used on the power steering hoses or oil filter adapter bolt.
      The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

        I agree. simply because the crush washers for powersteering don't have the 4 lips on the inside that I have seen.
