    Stuttering/bogging while accelerating HELP!

Hi all. My 86 325 is stuttering when I try to accelerate. The cars sound has changed a lot since I have been encountering this issue. I pulled the plugs, and cap and rotor. The plugs had a little bit of corrosion and a bit of oil on them. Sanded em down enough to get some of the dirt off. The cap and rotor looked brand new so didnt think much of it. Wires seemed fine which is leading me to believe it might be something with my fuel system... Bad fuel pump? Clogged injectors or filter?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

Welcome to R3V. Have a shop perform a smoke test on your engine to find all vacuum leaks before you throw money at it.

And tee a gauge into the supply line to the fuel rail, zip tie the gauge to a wiper, and see what the fuel pressure is when the problem is present.

As stated above, do the diagnostics before changing parts.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
