im replacing my pistons... what gaskets do I need besides a head gasket. more specifically what are the gasket called that I need after I take the cylinders off?

You will need to remove the engine from the car, strip down the block, and have it cross hatch honed. Otherwise the odds of getting the new rings to seat is virtually zero. Which in turn means that you need a full engine gasket set as well as a few other seals. I would not even consider re-using the bearings and would have the crank polished and use new bearings.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
