is this part of alternator supposed to move? video inside

so I have this belt squeal and can't place it. my alternator moves a bit forward when it squeals. I looked on back as saw this , seems loose.

filmed off my iPhone jn the depths of hell. so it's the plate that meets up to te block. looks like a bolt is severed. tightened up the top bracket and it is tighter now.

No, that should stay put and you're missing a bolt.

haha thanks, looks severed though? pos Bentley manual has zero diagrams on the engine layout, well from first glance. anyone link me a diagram in that part?

In the first few frames it looks as if the bracket broke at a previous repair joint. Looks to have been repaired with jbweld.
