only difference from before you did the work and now is that you created a vacumm leak..
This morning= before you messed w it= no vacumm leak=ran normal
Now=after you messed w it= vacumm leak= runs like pooh
the odds of messing something up the actual idle valve are slim to none i would think.
SMOKE IT!!Now with 2.7i power!!!Comment

Ok just smoke it with some marlboro and that thing is thigh nothing came out. And the car still fluctuate between 1k to 1.5k. I unplug the ICV while it was running and it revs up to 2k and then keeps goes back and forth. I believe i mess up the ICV. Any thoughts?Comment

**FIXED**
Ok, So i follow the ICV section of the above link. I test the ohms and it was fine.
Then i took the ICV off again and did a better job on cleaning it. It seems that my ICV was full of gunk and my first try of cleaning created a problem since i did not took out all the gunk out and the gunk that was left keep the ICV from closing; therefore creating a vacuum so the continuous surge of the idle.
After a through cleaning and carefully turning the inside of the ICV (to try to hit all the areas and clean out all the gunk) I test it by plugging back the electrical plug to the 2 prongs but not installing the hoses; then turning the key to the 1st position and verifying that the ICV inside closes properly (I did this few times to make sure it was closing properly). Finally I install all back and started the car and the idle is at 900 with out any surge. I also adjusted a little the screw on the ICV to manage the air flow and everything is working fine at this time. Idle is perfect at 900 and the car sound great.
UPDATE - ok ICV was gone i clean it too much that the computer could not control it. It was idling at 900 the creep to 1200 and the started oscillating again. I got one from a fanatic. Did a quick clean and install it. Idle is perfect. So make sure you use carb cleaner and NOT break cleaner and never a wd40.Last edited by amcink; 11-19-2012, 09:27 PM.Comment
