Battery reads 13.1v and the leads were recently sanded clean. Could it be wiring? I hate wiring...

CPS might be dying and how good is the engine ground?

Checked out just fine when I did my oil pan gasket today. Will recheck again tomorrow in the afternoon and recheck voltage at 7am before I head to work to completely rule the battery out. I'd hate to pick up crank position sensors at the junker and find out the don't work.. wonder how much OEM costs...
