Unfortunately since I see the car about once a month I haven't had time to get it running. But I have an update the car will run for about 15-30 seconds if I block off the intake. Does this mean a major vacuum leak? And the car did stopped running after a compression test if that means anything.

Definitely a vacuum leak. Check for tears in the intake boot. Pull it off and flex it while looking in the grooves. They often split, but it can be hard to tell while in the car.

It had a few small cracks but damn I didn't know those would cause it to not even run. Hopefully this is the fix, sucks I can't try it till after Christmas.

You probably have more vacuum leaks elsewhere. A few small cracks in the boot would cause lousy idle, but the car should not die if that is all you have. Do a smoke test to find all the leaks.

I've recently replaced the line to the brake booster, lines to the fuel pressure regulator, and charcoal canister. I'm picking up a intake boot, icv hose, and crank case breather hose. Is there any other rubber that should be replaced?

Check the elbows going into the throttle body...they have been known to leak big time.
