    What are good injector numbers?

My injectors came back from the cleaners today, and with it came numbers. Now I'm an engineer at heart, and if you hand me a mechanical part and numbers I want context! I assume these are acceptable ranges for flow since the company that did it marked them "good". I suppose what I want to know is if the spread between high and low is acceptable (since an M20 doesn't have ITB), and for my own edification what a "bad" spread would be, as well as what an "omg that's amazing" spread would be. Thank :)

    Static Flow high/Low = 90/88
    Pulsed Flow high/low = 101/100
    cc/30sec@43.5psi high/low = 180/176

    Resistance high/low = 16.4/15.8

I have another set of injectors that I'm considering cleaning as well and selling. So I would have the option to have a "better match" set if that were the case. Thoughts?

Those numbers are pretty good, probably as good as a brand net set of injectors. It is the absolute magnitude and spread that is important.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

I clean about a set a day on average. Your flow rates look great. I would even say too good to be true :)
Your resistance is a bit off. I normally ship them only if they are within 0.1 ohms

They should be good to install and you should have no reasons for concern

I'm curious about one thing, if you don't mind me asking. Did they apply clear coat on your injectors ? I always have this dilemma if i should start doing it too. But so far, from all the feedback i received, i decided to keep the prices down and not cover the body of the injector

I don't mind at all, though I'm not sure I can help. I did not notice a clear coat on the injectors, but I also was not looking for one. The injectors were cleaned and resprayed, which while to some degree is unnecessary, sure did make me feel good installing them since they looked almost brand new. Maybe I'll toss my next set of injectors your way and see how they compare :)
