Clicking noise?

My car makes this ticking noise on cold start then goes away when it warms up. I think it's coming from the alternator or water pump but wanted some opinions.

It does sound like an alternator belt. How old is the belt?

I had all the belts replaced about 3 years/25k miles ago along with the timing belt,thermostat, and water pump. Also, does the corrosion on the upper coolant hose mean I should replace the thermostat?

I would seriously consider replacing the alternator belt. As for the corrosion, clean it up then check later for any sign of leakage. You can then make a determination to what repairs should be carried out.
