What is this leaking/smoking? Help

We have some leaking/smoking coming from here. What could this be? Just finished a full head overhaul with new cam new hd rockers and hd springs. Now smoking from this hose after running for a while. It has been running open headers which are new so the little ammount that we have driven it it has been shaking violently due to no exhaust.

The picture shows the heater hoses, so it sounds like there is a coolant leak.

The lack of an exhaust won't car the engine to shake. It will just make it loud. The engine shaking sounds like mis-fires.
