Ok my idle is at 900 and no leaks. I'm on my second icv which it was used bought from a member; does this mean that the icv is going bad and will the penny with a hole help stabilize the idle?
My problem is when driving and coming to a light the idle stays high about 1200 but it comes down gradually to the 900-1000 range but not lower
