M20 running noise

Hey guys I was hoping if someone could help me with this issue my engine is making. Every time I rev below 3k whether its in gear or not it makes a rubbing noise on the right side of the engine. I checked oil levels and they all check out well. Please help

Check to see if the fan is rubbing on the shroud. Bad motor mounts can cause that.

What should I do to stop it?
Replace the fan? Obviously the motor mounts which do need to be replaced.

You just answered your own question...replace the motor mount.
