Weird idle issue after fixing intake leak

I had a rough idle issue that was due to a Intake gasket leak. Pulled the intake off and new gaskets on and the car. Now the problem is when i start it cold and give it gas it just bogs down until it gets revs high enough. It is like that for a couple mins of driving. it runs excellent until it runs at full operating temp for about 5 mins. At that point the revs jump to 2000 rpm and if i give it gas it just dies. When it shuts off i have to wait about 10 mins for it to cool down then it stars again but then same thing happens.

Forgot to add that it is now throwing the 1223 code, Coolant Temp. Sensor so i will check for a broken wire.
    Parts ive changed.
    ECU
    AFM
    Temp sensor
    Spark plugs
fuel pump (junkyard one) will put original back in to test make sure not new fuel pump

i did run a smoke test and no leaks.

It is normal for the car to run a bit rough after fixing an intake leak because the ECU would have to adapt to the new readings; however, with the code 1223, you need to fix that first. I find it useful to disconnect the negative cable from the battery for about 30s to clear any stored values in the DME after fixing vacuum leaks.

i changed the ecu after this has happened and reset the ecu several times. After searching alot i believe it may be a broken wire in the circle plug inder the intake. I will know when i cut the loom. I did pinch it when i pull the intake off.

Believe the problem is fixed. The round plug under the intake. that runs the fuel rail and thermo switches. i cleaned the plug and tightened it up. and also switched the ecu. no check engine light and now the car has no hesitation on a cold start. but now temp guage is waving at to say hi.
