should i go shrick or regrind camshafts and what will i need to go with each could i still use the stock springs and what not or do i need to upgrade stuff cause i know with a regrind u dont have to necessarily but i want to know for sure which one has the best results thanks

I had a 272 in my rebuilt m20 head. Fun mild cam. Used all stock internals with some slightly upgraded springs for higher rpm.
Cams are best used with other supporting modifications to assist the cam in its work.
