Lack of power cold & poor mpg

So, I haven't been driving my iX for awhile because I finally gave up on diagnosing these issues. Basically what happens is in the morning if I go out to my car and start it up and trying to drive away it'll lay down and have zero power. But, if I allow the car to fully warm up and then drive it, no problem. I've also noticed a drop in my mpg's. Usually I hover around 18-20 mpg's, now I'm around 13-14. I've changed the AFM and no difference. I'm getting some other injectors tonight and see if that helps. Any insight? Injectors? ECU? Idle motor? Help me out guys! I want to drive my e30 again.

Temp sensor or vacuum leak. Give it about a 98% chance it's one of those.

Replaced temp sensor. I was possibly thinking there might a slight vacuum leak coming from intake manifold gasket.

do you notice an erratic idle before it warms up?

It's in non running condition atm, I fucked up my injectors and I haven't put the replacement set in.

Maybe o2 sensor or relay, if it doesn't heat up right away. Other then that dirty cps, tps, or something electrical like the wires that connect your temp sensor to the wiring harness through the injector harness, maybe the cannon plug is corroded.
