Just replaced TPS now idle High, Adjustable?

For various reasons I replaced my TPS and Crank Sensor today. Before I did have a constant idle near the 900 sweet spot, but now its at 1500. Someone tols me I could adjust the TPS but I havent read or seen how?
I was however very happy to reach 6500+ RPM in the first time in months.

Do I just loosen the 2 mount screws and twist the switch 1 way or the other to lower the idle?
I love that people ask stupid questions so I dont have.

The sweet spot for idle is 650. Check for vacum with a ccr break clearner on different hoses. If you can best is a smoke test. Also unplugge the negative cable at the battery for 5 minutes to reset the dme

There is a adjustment procedure in the manual but basically with the engine off you need to hear it click when just coming off the idle stop.

With the engine at normal operating temperature, disconnect the ICV and adjust the idle stop screw for 950rpm. Then (with the engine off) adjust the TPS so that the idle switch closes as shown by a test light or ohmmeter when the throttle stop arm is 1mm off the stop screw. With the ICV reconnected the engine should idle at 750rpm.

Note that this assumes that there are no intake leaks and that no one has futzed with the idle air bypass in the AFM. Before touching the idle stop screw I want to see a smoke test show no leaks.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

Thanks Jim, I did just have a smoke test roughly 1 month ago and found no leaks. When I installed the new TPS I matched the screw marks up with the old, even though visible the idle was not not all the way close.
