87 325i no spark no fuel and no power to pin 37

87 325is no fuel no spark no power to pin 37
Hey gents, pics up a pretty clean is that was said to have needed a fuel pump.
While doing a compression test today I decided to test spark before I tackle the fuel pump issue and I found there to be no spark at the coil.
did a bunch of reading a decided to test pins on the DME, here are my findings
    -Pins 27 and 18 have power but 37 ddoesn't
-pins 2,14,19, and 24 are all grounded
-when I grounded pin 36 I can hear the main relay click
    - and I can get the fuel pump to start pumping when I Jump in on the DMC( can't remember which pins I did)
    Any ideas?

Also when I jump on the main relay plugs 30+87+87im still not getting power to 37

C101 should be connected. Pin 18 is un-switched power and is hot all the time. Pin 27 is the START input signal from the ignition switch. With power on 18 & 27 and the grounds good the main relay should close. If that isn't happening, but the relay will close by grounding pin 36, the DME is bad. And if you don't get power on pin 37 with the main relay jumpered, the engine harness is bad.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
