    Possible reason for high Idle?

Hope someone here can shed some light on this problem. car idles at 1500, and when I give it load, meaning when I start driving it wants to die on me, when this happens I simply press in the clutch again to keep it from stalling. I took it to a shop because the check engine light was also on.They pulled codes and told me I had an open circuit in the ICV,MAF,and fuel system. They advised me to first replace those items in order to move forward. So I replaced the ICV and MAF with what the guy who I bought them from claimed to be working properly. Plugged everything up right up and same problem. I noticed that my check valve was completely different from the diagram in REALOEM. I circled everything that I don't have in my set up. Even the check valve seems to be different. The second pic of the throttle housing shows the missing hose. Could this be a vacuum leak? whats going on!!!

Definitely a vacuum leak. Go to a different shop and have a smoke test done.
