Testing coolant sensor in my eta?

I have a minor rich/stumbling situation with my eta that i'm trying to track down. One suspect is the coolant temp sensor (white top). I've put a meter on it and got 2.25 with the meter set to 20k ohms. This was on a cold engine with an ambient temp of 72 deg f. Does this reading seem correct?

Bentley has the spec... And it should be in between 2100-2900 so your with in spec.
I have been having same issue for a while now n have replaced o2, afm, tps, engine temp sensor, fuel filter.. my icv an CPS are with in spec.. So it's making me think fuel pump?

But wish you best of luck.
