    86 325e problems >_<

I really hate to make a new thread, but I'm stumped.
The problem I having is rough idle/misfire/terrible acceleration.
before I give more info, I have cleaned all fuel injectors and that helped immensely because a few were clogged when I got the car, but now the problem is back and worse.

when starting the car, it will start with no hesitation but idles with the 2 rear (closest to fire wall) cylinders missing. I swapped around injectors and spark plugs, problem did not follow.
When driving, there is a noticeable miss and a lack of power. If the gas pedal its pressed quickly, the car stutters, does not accelerate, and engine revs do not increase.if pressed slowly. the car will accelerate , but still with a noticeable miss.

Two other problems... Coolant temp is no longer working, and when the cutch is depressed, engine speed stays the same as when in gear driving. I will not decelerate by itself.

The check light (not the cel) stays on constantly when the car is on and at random intervals the service lights will all flash, that may be because the bulbs are bad, but I figured I would note them.

The only other thing I would want to say, is that after pulling the injectors and fuel rail and cleaning them, I reinstalled and gouged the first injectors oring. No big deal, put everything back together and went and bought a reseal kit for that injector, took it back out, reseal, reinstalled, and no the problem is worse, but all injectors seem to be just fine with no leaks at all.
But hers the big thing and I apologize for being long winded. On the way to pick up the reseal kit for the injector, the car ran great even with the o ring missing a chunk. But only for about 7 miles of back roads at 50 to 60 mph. Then it started acting up again with the sane problems mentioned above... I had no choice and thinking it was just a vacuum leak from the bad oring I kept driving... After another 7 miles or so, I got on the interstate, and the problem cleared up all evening until I got home, shut off the car, and tried to.restart after about 15 min of sitting. Then the problem returned and did not go away even after replacing the oring.

I know someone is gonna say do a smoke test, but I don't have anyone around who can do it. So unless there is some specific hoses I can test myself, that out of the question right now. I also realize there is probably more than just one problem that will be causing this, but I have no clue on where else to look so any help would be appreciated... oh and rocker arms are all in gear shape
Sorry for typos I had to do this all on my phone

Coolant sensor is fixed idle is fixed. Valve cover breather hose cane off Abe coolant plugs were in the wrong spot. Only problem now is surging while under load
