    Idle trouble

Okay I bought an E30 that had sat for three years. I finally got it to start after changing the main relay and the transfer pump. Now whenever I get it started it won't idle without me giving it gas. On top of that if I floor it, it won't go above 2k RPM's. Any ideas? IACV possibly?

Probably has a fuel issue combined with vacuum leaks after sitting that long

Fuel filter and transfer pump have been changed. The fuel was also siphoned out and replaced. Would a vacuum leak be visible? I've been running through the hoses but not seeing anything that looks bad.
