need help

I'm in the process in rebuilding my motor long story short i cant figure out how to make this gear TDC i checked around the block i cant find anything im stuck
if anyone can tell me i appreciate it.

The intermediate shaft gear circled in RED? You dont need to line it up, just pull all the slack up and around it. Just make sure you cam and crank gears are set up with the proper marks.
