    GET THE Z-127 TENSIONER FROM BMW! I just had a thread of a full top end rebuild because of a NEW tensioner that went bad within 7k miles. Its worth the extra money.

        Wait so the one on the left is the Gates? I don't remember mine looking like that. I remember it looking more like the one on the right.

        How old was it when it snapped?

        Either way, I have a Gates in mine right now. So far - so good...
