325e bogging down hardcore

I recently bought an old 325e. No matter whether I am idling at neutral at 0 mph or if I'm in 5th going sixty, when I put the pedal to the floor (wot) the car spudders and bogs down really bad, Rpms drop and sometimes it backfires. I've replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs and the AFM. I have no idea what to do next. I've been trying to find the answer for the past two hours. Help.

Just needs a good ole tune up most likely.
Replace the distributor cap and rotor next.

I was trying to figure out a minor hicup/bog on shifts and wot once.. sanded down the contacts on the cap and it helped tremendously, but not completely.
