Apparently I ordered the wrong timesert, need help

I ordered the 12mx1.5 kit, which is the correct thread. But I got a oil pan kit, well it doesnt work. The insert is too short and the bolt bottoms out before it goes all the way in.

Does anyone know which time cert I am supposed to use?

Nevermind. I called timesert and got it sorted. Apparently the inserts open up in the back when you set them in the pan.
