    M20B25 running issues

So my car will start and will sometimes idle without throttle input. If I give it some gas, it will kind of bog then rev, but seems to stop at around 2k and just dies. The car has been sitting for about 2 months while getting various suspension items replaced. Anyways, I have checked for vac leaks and couldn't find any. I have also checked fuel pressure, which came to be about 50psi and also checked fuel volume which was 36oz in 30 seconds. So, I don't think the fuel pump is the issue. I also just put in a new crank position sensor and it didn't make a difference. When I checked the tps, I could get continuity near WOT, but couldn't get a reading near idle. Do these symptoms seem like a bad tps to you guys?

This is beginning to get extremely frustrating as my car just got all new bushings, sway bars, and full suspension and now it won't run...

I appreciate all of your guys' input.

    Thanks,

    Ryan

For proper operation both switches in the TPS must be good. It sounds like you need to replace the TPS. The description of what the engine is doing sounds most like intake leaks. A smoke test will find any leaks. A visual check or spraying carb cleaner around won't find all of the leaks.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
