Wiring HELP! Random wire..

Hey guys so there is a connector handing under my manifold and i cannot figure out where it goes..

Its 2 wires there go into 1 eyelet connector.

ground wires, should bolt to the rear of the head

Or on the valve cover I think, if it's long enough. Just strap it from the engine to the body somewhere.
