    abnormal loss of speed

I hesitated to start this thread but I searched this forum and I couldn't find an
    answer to my question.

I have 320 i 88 model m 20 engine .it starts fine , idles fine.it accelerates fine but on high ways at any speed and even on slopes once I took off my foot of the gas pedal, the rpm decreases quickly .say I'm driving at 140 k/h,once I take off my foot ,it goes to 100 km within 5 or 6 seconds EVEN ON SLOPES. WHAT COULD BE THE CAUSE?

Sticking brake calipers. Id check that first. Jack up the car at different points and see which wheel isnt rotating freely.

Brakes would be red hot if they were dragging all the time, especially at high speed.

        Auto or manual?
