    Weird Cutout issue

Ok i threw this on FB earlier today and wanted to get a couple more opinions before i throw cash at this sucker..

Yesterday me and a friend replaced the fuel tank/filter on my 92 vert. Everything went as smooth as expected right up until the end.

I threw in a can of b-12 chemtool along with about 5 gallons of gasoline. And for about 15 min the car ran great. But just as I pulled into the interstate, I get a huge amount of throttle bog down under load.. The car in idle will rev fine all the way up to redline. But under heavy load after about 4k rpm.. I get the bog down again.. And the longer you keep your foot to the floor the lower in the revs the problem presents itself.

Me and Robert K Spent about an hour trying to figure out the issue by getting codes and replacing the fpr with another working one. And still the problem persists. I was forced to put 10 dollars into my car and limp it home late that night. And even though it is only a 15 mile drive my gas light comes out right as I get home fresh after the fuel stop(which means i am getting less than 5 miles a gallon in addition to the for listed problems that i am sure they are related....

We think now it could be a fuel pump issue but idk.. Help please!!!

It sounds like there is a fuel delivery problem. Tee a gauge into the rail supply hose and zip tie it to a wiper. Then see what the pressure is while driving.

If the fuel gauge is right, that much gas usage is probably a leak.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
