    Timing Belt

Where's the best/ relatively cheap place to get a timing belt done in SLC?

Your own garage is always pretty cheap (unless you break something).

Haha I know. I'm just not very experienced and I would regret ruining my first car.

It's a very easy job. but if one mistake is made you can kiss that head goodbye.
there are great write-ups here. just follow them and buy the $38 contitech timing belt and pocket the $200 for something else to fix.
        * I cant even count the amount of times i've even seen BMW mechanics do this wrong. * you can really only trust your own work.

I did mine myself and that was really the first major thing I've done on E30s so if you can follow instructions, you should be fine.
