From low idle to high idle?

Usually i would have a low idle. Somewhere in around the 600 rpm range. Then i changed the intake boot and then my idle is now at 2100 rpm. I checked for vacuum leaks but there are none. I unplugged the icv sensor and the idle didnt change, not sure if its supposed to change or not.

How did you check for vacuum leaks? The symptom clearly describes vacuum leaks.

is it staying at 2100 steady? check your throttle cable it might have gotten pulled out of socket and is slightly opened a bit. that has happened to me.
