Timing belt: what else?

Well, the PO didn't know when the timing belt had been changed last, so I'm just going to do it ASAP now. What else do you recommend I change at the same time while I'm doing the belt? Car is an e30 m20b27.

Timing belt, tensioner, and water pump. Could also do a tune up since your gonna have the distributor cap off anyways, might as well change cap and rotor if worn. Id also change the fan clutch, chances are its pretty worn as well though that can be done any time...just a "while your in there" kinda thing.
