I'm stuck. I have replaced both fuel pumps and the fuel filter. I was not getting to power to the pump. I bought new relays and still nothing so I did the by pass thing on the fuel relay and the both pumps come on and fuse#11 is not blown. So the relays must be junk. When the pumps are on they are loud and just keep running. I'm not sure what else to check. Car cranks but will not start. Any suggestions?

If its the same as an i then the fuel pump relay is only kicked on with main relay. Check main. -
